Founder & Director
Essie is a multidisciplinary creative with experience as a model, stylist, producer, and casting director.
Since INTER’s inception, Essie’s intention is to cultivate a creative hub, with a people-first approach that fosters community and amplifies BIPOC talent. She leads INTER’s creative direction, talent scouting / development and client partnerships.

Natalie brings first-hand experience as a local and international model, with a background in dance and business.
Since joining the team in early 2025, she has helped shape INTER into a cohesive team. Natalie manages talent relations, bookings, and operations with a grounded, strategic perspective, ensuring the agency runs smoothly while supporting emerging talent.
