BOOKING TERMS

 
INTER-Agency exclusively accepts bookings that guarantee models are treated with respect and professionalism.

For the purposes of these terms, the “Agency” or “INTER-Agency” refers to INTER-WORLD STUDIOS, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The “Client” refers to any individual, company, organization, or collective booking models through INTER-Agency. The “model” refers to any individual represented by INTER-Agency who is booked to provide modeling services, including but not limited to fashion, commercial, lifestyle, promotional, and editorial work. 

Bookings, Rates, and Payment Terms

All bookings are billed at either hourly or daily rates, with overtime and holiday surcharges applied where applicable.
A minimum booking duration of four (4) hours is required. A standard full-day booking is considered eight (8) hours.
Overtime fees apply beyond the agreed time frame. An agency fee of twenty percent (20%) is applied to all bookings in addition to the model’s hourly or daily rate. Additional fees may be charged for special requests or specific conditions as determined by the Agency. Cancellation fees are applicable unless otherwise noted in writing by the Agency at the time of booking confirmation.

Invoices are issued following confirmation of booking, and payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within the agreed net 30 period, late fees and interest charges may be applied. Fitting sessions are charged at fifty percent (50%) of the applicable model’s hourly rate, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing professional hair and makeup artists, as well as a wardrobe stylist for the shoot. If the model is expected to arrive with hair and makeup completed or provide their own wardrobe styling, an additional fee will be applied.

Image Usage and Licensing Rights

A separate usage fee will apply to all image or content use, unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Usage rights are granted solely within the scope and duration confirmed by the Agency and are not transferable or extendable without prior written approval. Any request to expand or extend usage must be reviewed and approved in advance by the Agency.

Clients agree to provide proper credit to both the model and the Agency where appropriate. INTER-Agency and its models retain the right to use any resulting images or content for the purposes of self-promotion, including but not limited to personal portfolios, agency websites, and social media.

Wardrobe, Special Rates, and Model Approvals

Special rates may apply for specific wardrobe categories. All bookings involving fur, lingerie, or underwear must be approved in writing by the Agency prior to the shoot. Under no circumstances will INTER-Agency models participate in nude photography. This condition is strictly non-negotiable and must be upheld without exception.

Health, Safety, and On-Set Conduct

The Client is required to provide a professional and safe working environment for the models at all times. This includes access to a private and secure changing area, proper use of each model’s name and pronouns, and respectful treatment from all individuals present on set. Models must not be left alone with a single individual without prior permission from the Agency.

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on set or in any workplace environment involving Agency models. All working conditions must comply with local health and safety regulations and ethical standards.

Travel and Transportation

Travel time outside the designated area is charged at half the model’s hourly rate. The Client must provide safe transportation to and from the shoot; if not, the Agency may arrange it and invoice the Client accordingly.

All booking-related expenses, including but not limited to flights, hotels, and travel costs, must be reimbursed within thirty (30) days of invoicing. Cancellations made after booking confirmation are subject to full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability and Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency and its models from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the Client’s breach of these terms, violations of applicable law, or improper use of the model’s image, likeness, or services during or after the booking.
