INTER-Agency exclusively accepts bookings that guarantee models are treated with respect, professionalism, and care for their well-being.
For the purpose of these booking terms, 'Agency' or 'INTER-Agency' refers to INTER-WORLD STUDIOS., located in Vancouver, BC Canada. The 'Client' encompasses individuals, companies, collectives, etc., booking models through INTER-Agency.
Bookings, Fees and Payments:
- All rates are hourly or daily, with overtime and holiday rates applicable.
- A minimum booking duration of 4 hours is required.
- 8 hour = “full day”
- A 20% Agency fee is applied to all bookings.
- Additional fees may apply for specific requests.
- Payments are due within 30 days of invoice.
- Late fees will apply if payment is not fulfilled within the Net 30 terms.
- Fitting fees are billed at half the applicable models’ hourly rate unless otherwise specified.
Image Use and Usage Rights:
- Usage rights are limited to terms agreed upon and confirmed by the Agency.
- Requests for additional or extended usage must be pre-approved by the Agency.
- Clients agree to credit both the model and Agency where applicable.
- Models and the Agency reserve the right to use images for promotion.
Working Hours and Overtime:
- Working hours are calculated from call time to wrap time, inclusive of reasonable breaks.
- Overtime rates apply after specified hours.
Special Rates and Approvals:
- Special rates will be applied for certain attire.
- Certain attire, including fur, lingerie, or underwear, requires prior written approval from the Agency before the shoot.
- Under no circumstances will models engage in nude photography. This condition is non-negotiable and must be strictly adhered to.
Health and Safety:
- Client agrees to provide a professional setting, including a private changing area, for all talent at all times.
- Models must be treated with respect and provided safe working conditions in compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Clients must use correct pronouns and preferred names of models.
- Models should not be left alone with a single person without prior permission.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the workplace.
Travel:
- Travel time outside specified areas is charged at half the hourly rate.
- Clients must provide safe transportation and conduct health assessments for specific locations.
Cancellation Policy:
- Fees apply based on timing relative to the booking call time.
- Cancellations within 24 working hours will incur a full booking fee charge.
- Direct booking cancellations are subject to the full fee once confirmed.
Indemnity:
- Clients indemnify the Agency against breaches of terms or violations of laws.
