Booking Terms & Conditions

Professional Standards

INTER-Agency exclusively accepts bookings that guarantee models are treated with respect, safety, and professionalism.
For these terms:

Agency / INTER-Agency = INTER-WORLD STUDIOS, Vancouver, BC, Canada
Client = any individual, company, or collective booking models through INTER-Agency
Model = any individual represented by INTER-Agency for modeling services, including fashion, commercial, lifestyle, promotional, and editorial work

Booking Procedure

All booking inquiries, negotiations, and confirmations must be made directly with the Agency.
Clients must not contact models directly for bookings, scheduling, or negotiation purposes.

Bookings, Rates, and Payment Terms

Bookings are billed at hourly, half-day, or full-day rates, with overtime and surcharges applied where applicable.
Minimum booking duration: 4 hours
Half-day booking: up to 4 hours
Full-day booking: up to 10 hours
Any work beyond the agreed full-day or half-day booking will be considered overtime.
Overtime is billed at a premium rate to be determined based on the model’s standard hourly rate and the nature of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Holiday surcharge: 50% for statutory holidays unless agreed otherwise in writing
Agency fee: 20% applied to all bookings in addition to model rates and all fees
Additional fees may apply for special requests, wardrobe requirements, or specific working conditions
Cancellation fee
- Less than 2 days’ notice: full booking fee applies
- 2–7 days’ notice: 50% of the booking fee applies
- More than 7 days’ notice: no fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Payment Terms

Usage and Licensing Rights

Separate usage fees apply for all image, video, or content use unless agreed otherwise
Usage rights are limited to the scope, duration, and territory confirmed at booking
Usage is non-transferable and non-extendable without prior written Agency approval
Any expansion or extension of usage requires a new agreement
Agency and models retain the right to use resulting work for self-promotion and portfolio purposes

Wardrobe & Special Rates

Special approval required for bookings involving fur, lingerie, swimwear, or underwear
Nude photography is strictly prohibited

On-Set Conduct & Safety

Client must provide a safe, professional, and inclusive environment
Must include:
- Private changing area
- Proper use of model’s name and pronouns
- Models cannot be left alone with a single individual without Agency approval
No alcohol or drugs permitted on set or workplace environment
Compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations is required

Travel & Expenses

Travel outside the designated area will be charged unless otherwise noted.
For direct bookings, the Client is responsible for covering flights and accommodation unless otherwise noted in writing.
Safe transportation must be provided; if not, the Agency may arrange and invoice accordingly.
All travel-related expenses (flights, hotels, meals, transportation) must be reimbursed within 30 days.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agency and models for any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
